Refund policy
We reserve the right to refuse, inspect, and test all returns. Items returned as damaged, defective, or “dead on arrival” item(s) are subject to warranty claims. Items that are returned to PerformancePC due to buyer remorse or Bought By mistake are subject to a restocking fee. According to the Manufacturer and Our Return Policy, New desktop, laptops, or tablets that didn't start when they arrived or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived, and impose a customer fee equal to up to 50% of the product sales price, Plus Shipping charges initially paid by PerformancePC, if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
If the original box has been opened, we will charge a 10% restocking fee. Another 20%~60% fee will be charged for any missing accessories/original box, scratches or physical damage.
Any returned desktop, laptop, or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering, may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
Please note: All returned desktops, laptops, and tablets will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection, and the restocking fee will be charged by them based on the inspection result.
If the inspection result shows the product is defective, no restocking fee will be applied.
Additional charges may apply if the returned item(s) meet these conditions: the customer in any way misrepresents the condition of the item(s), the item(s) are damaged due to customer misuse or tampering, missing parts, the item(s) is determined to be in an unsellable condition due to a customer’s actions.
